L’Estro Armonico Quartet with Maurice Till playing works including Mozart piano Quartet in G minor and Sonata in A for cello and piano by Franck.

COME JOIN THE CANTABILE CHOIRA new community choir based at the Music Centre of Christchurch is currently looking for new members. Wednesday 7-9pm in the Mollie Clark Room, 140 Barbadoes St.Directed by Jane Doig. AFTERNOON DELIGHTSA series of concerts designed for an older audience. The programme is as follows: 27th May Laurie Searle (piano) 24th June Stu Buchanan and friends 22nd July St Andrews Stage Band and Barbershop perform 26th August Chisnallwood Intermediate Music 23rd September Come Jazz it Up 21st October Sweet Adelines 25th November Janice Gray and Murray Wood ‘a little bit of Christmas’ These performances are at 1.45-2.30pm on generally the 4th Thursday of each month.We serve afternoon tea after the concert.The cost is $5.00 pp with carers being admitted FOC.
